Residential Sauna Systems

Baltic Leisure Residential Sauna Systems are designed and manufactured to the same exacting standards of our commercial systems, but do not require compliance with the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) regulations.

Beyond ADA compliance, and upgrades, the only thing that differs between our residential and commercial products are where the electronics are located and the heater guards.

At Baltic Leisure, we do not cut corners. Our residential and commercial products use the same interior and exterior room wood grades.

  • Clear Vertical Grain - Pieces may exhibit a few minor characteristics which do not detract from their high appearance and quality.  Limiting provisions include:  very light torn grain, very light skips on the non-graded face and very light warp.

  • A & Better Clear - Ideally suited to applications where finishing requirements are less exacting.  Limiting provisions include: small seasoning checks , occasional very light skips on edges and backs. Allows for two small, sound tight knots or their equivalent.

We manufacture two (2) types of rooms, pre-built and pre-cut.

Pre-built Saunas. Our Prebuilt Sauna is a modular, panelized type of room that you can assemble and disassemble. So, if you ever need to move, the Prebuilt can be taken apart and moved with you. Pre-built Suanas include all the components needed for a complete sauna kit.

The Prebuilt Sauna includes clear western red cedar for all interior walls & ceiling, pre-hung door, door trims, door handles, benches bench supports, duck board for walk area of floor, crown and baseboard moldings, bucket and ladle, thermometer, headrest, and wall mount light fixture.

Pre-Cut Kits. Our do-it-yourself Precut sauna kit contains all the parts needed to build an in-home sauna.

Kits come with clear western red cedar for all interior walls & ceiling, pre-hung door, door trims, benches, door handles, bench supports, duck board for walk area of floor, interior crown and baseboard moldings. Kits are designed for the do-it-yourselfer with good woodworking skills and an understanding of basic carpentry, or a professional contractor.

NOTE: Kits do not include wall studding, insulation, and wall surfacing materials for the exterior side of the walls.

A complete sauna can be built in about a day and is a less expensive, non-portable alternative to our pre-built kit. Simply follow the easy-to-assemble sheet provided for step-by-step instructions.
